Nutty Creations

Quick post about erratas…

As much as we all try to get things right, when patterns go from the designer to the publisher and get reworked, mistakes occasionally get introduced.  I try to keep my Ravelry pattern pages up to date with any corrections, but I realize that not everyone is on Ravelry.  So, I want to quickly share a couple of corrections with you.

For the Heather Hoodie Vest that appears in the Fall 2009 Knitscene: On the cable set up row (first row after ribbing), after each occurrence of pf&b, it should read p 3, not p 4. This is true of the back and both fronts for all sizes.

For the #28 Lace Socks that appear in the Holiday 2009 Vogue Knitting:

  1. For the cuff, rounds 2 and 4 should begin p 1 (2, 3) just like rounds 1 and 3.
  2. Row 7 of chart 2 should have a yarn over immediately following the k2tog.

My apologies for the errors.  I wish they didn’t occur, but they do!

*Love* the lace sock in Vogue! And congratulations–I love seeing your name in print (oh, and the patterns, too, of course!).
